Level 1
Suffering
2-5 Sessions each week
- Customized sessions with specific goals to address your pain
- Relief from migraines, headaches, whiplash, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, lower back pain, sciatica, and more
- Hands-on techniques including AMT, Myofascial Release, Massage, Stretching, PNF, and CRACR
- Access to The Diamond Method app with personalized at home exercises and stretching
- 2-5 sessions per week, tailored to your needs and goals
Level 2
Correction
2-3 Sessions each week
- Graduate to phase 2 after resolving phase 1 issues
- Focus on preventing pains from returning
- Neuromuscular retraining and AMT to teach your body to function better
- Access to The Diamond Method app is crucial for success
- 2 sessions per week with personalized exercises and stretching
- Sessions ranging from 30-90 minutes based on your therapy needs
Level 3
Maintenance & Prevention
1-2 sessions each week
- Graduate to phase 3 and focus on strengthening new movement patterns
